Stress and annoyance

A few months back I was diagnosed with stress and was given a few injections that made me better for long. I stress out way too much and have major problems with remembering things. Also, I get really mad and annoyed for silly reasons, and I don't like to share my problems. I like being alone but I don't get a chance to . My main problems are anger and annoyance. It seems impossible to control them. I stutter a lot when excited or stressed. And my mood swings are quite bad. Its getting worse day by day. I don't know what to do.

Hello, You can try techniques to reduce your stress such as meditation and relaxation exercises.These will help you to feel better.You can also take help of a professional if you don't know how to practice the relaxation exercises.
