Strep throat and right tonsil patches

Asked for Male, 39 Years

Sir I m suffering from strep throat some buds on right tonsil and right ear pain also .Looking like right tonsil stone and right ear pain. I m taking levofloxocin 500 od Livocet od Pan 40 But no better things.

Use Bernadine gargles with water in 1:1 ratio and pain killer tab signoflam twice a day and continue with previous medication , if still doesn't improve then get back
