STRAY CAT SCRATCH
A stray cat that is a usual vistor to our home scratched my brother in the forearm. Bleeding was present. He washed with soap under water for 20 minutes but did not get vaccinated. It happened at around 9am in the morning of dec25. Now its dec26. Should he get vaccinated. When?

Good that you washed it immediately. Getting vaccine is a good thing to do. Also if you haven't taken TT in last five years get a TT too.

As you have washed immediately there is 75 to 80% of virus to get washed away... still vaccination is needed as you give the history of bleeding  .
