In the MRI it was disc bulge of L5-S1 and might degenerative changes at the same level. Now that I'm ok with treatment and rest.i have one doubt left. WOULD THE LUMBAR SPINE STRAIGHTENING CORRECTED TO NORMAL LORDOTIC POSITION..?? I am a medical graduate too .. Kindly help me through this

Loss of lordosis is due to muscle spasm.once pain is relieved normal lumbar lordosis will be restored.

Be properly guided by a spinal orthopaedic surgeon to see the extent and amount of degeneration at your age group though it doesn't get  better but can recur now and then and can haunt you bcoz of your young age group

Straightening of lumbar lordosis is due to muscle spasm. It returns to the normal position once the spasm is relieved. The degeneration, however, doesnt normalise. Kindly consult for a clinical examination and better suggestions.
