The pain can also be due to compressed mattress (if the case). Sitting worklife contributes. Low back extension exercises will help. In yoga, Bhujangasana and Chakrasana can help. Make sure you do them under the supervision of a physiotherapist. Exercises may vary depending upon the assessment.
