Stopped taking Regestrone but no periods

Asked for Female, 31 Years

My sister wanted to delay her periods and has take Regestrone for the same for 3 days and has stopped taking it on third of stopping she is having severe white discharge like water, stomach cramps and weakness. What should be done..?? No periods yet
