Hi ,I need an complete diet plan to reduce weight . I already reduce the weight but now I gaining back. I usually do jogging 4 times in a week. But may be my living standard is the reason for this. So need a proper consultation to reduce my overweight.

What is your height and weight .if u have lost weight through any dash diet or fast weight loss methods .it will bounce back.you should look for permanent and healthy option to lose weight

Hi there, I understand your concern. Do some variations in your exercise routine. Reduce intake of sugar n refined cereal like maida. Have enough water. Avoid deep fried items n oily foods n gravies. Reduce alcohol consumption if you have.
