May be you have worm infestation. At this young age mostly due to worms . Eat adequate cooked non veg food

Stool colour may change with the food you eat, and if there is inner bleeding you'll get blood in stool. Backache and chest pain maybe due to GERD but need to be evaluated in detail. Consult for proper management and treatment
