Apply smuth ointment locally. Give fibre rich diet and plenty of oral fluids.this problem indicates ur child has constipation.go to pediatrician and find out the cause.mostly it is functional but sometimes it may be seen in hypothyroidism and certain other problems.

This could be due to hard stools. Fill a tub with warm water and pour a few drops of Dettol into it. Make her sit in the tub for 10-15 minutes. This will improve blood circulation and fasten healing of the fissure. Increase her fluid intake. Encourage her to have natural juices, soups etc. Increase her fiber intake

Anal fissures occur due to hard motions. To keep stools soft, add high fiber items such as cornflakes,Dalia, salads, green leafy vegetables and fruits like mango, pears, oranges and apple in the diet. For immediate relief, stool softeners may be used, syp duphalac e.g.
