My father in law is having worms in stomach since 1 year. What medicine can we take for this and how long?

There are many factors involved. If he has worms for so long some medicines may already been tried and failed. Also it needs to be confirmed what kind of worms etc. Stool routine examination test should be done to evaluate further.
