Stomach Tightness issue
My stomach get tight after eating 3 small chapatis. Also in morning  I have to go 3-4 times to washroom for stool.

There is no alarming symptoms. But still symptoms persist for long duration. Require evaluation. For time being take frequent meals. Can take probiotics
