My endoscopy report shows that i have Hiatus Hernia with stomach Lax an polyps, can u advice me if surgery is required since at the moment dr has put me on domperidone 10 mg tablet

Hello Hiatus hernia is a very common problem. Usually it responds only to medications and surgery is not required. Only in rare conditions like - large hiatus hernia, not responding to medications only require surgery. I would also like to know what is the biopsy report of polyp ?
