Right upper abdomen and lower abdomen have different Possible list of causes for pain. Like gall stones appendicitis, typhilitis, enteritis. List is long. Decision about most likely cause is based on various signs and SYMPTOMS. Like presence of nausea vomitings, type of motions fever, radiation and character stick type of pain.
