Hi You need to consult physician for stomach pain and improve your diet.  And we can help u with weight loss Follow some rules. * Start eating in smaller plates. * Short meals in regular intervals. *More of water intake. * 30 minutes walk per day. * Eat water 30 minutes before every meal * Avoid water with meals and soon after a meal. * Before having food , eat one full plate of salad. * Consume toned and double toned milk instead of full cream. * Replace unhealthy foods with healthy one.
