My stomach started paining suddenly very hard which is unbearable. And it always start in 15 days interval probably not regularly.

You need to have USG abdomen for any possibility of gall bladder stone. . Even if it is not showing any remarkable change of pain in unbearable and frequent you need to visit a surgeon for consultation.
