Stomach pain
My husband is 53 yrs . Has Sever pain since 3 days in his upper stomach . Consulted a doctor online who suggested ultrasound all test were okay . So med Meftel spas is suggested . And sompraz L ( I have not got this med yet) His pain is also at back and now feeling feverish . Antibiotic should be given? Like nuflox ?
As no one has suggested an infection ,just that the pain is very severe . Do suggest please !!!

Maybe pancreatitis, visit a consultant surgeon and get serum amylase test.
