Right iliac fossae lymph nodes are usually a normal finding in children. The pain could be unrelated to that. Does he have constipation/ hard stools ?

Pls rephoto copy this report as it is partially obscured Depends on size of the node in mesenteric lymphadenitis, if itis small one less than 2 cm - can be managed with antibiotics for 2 to 3 weeks, or else if it is large one , go for diag laparoscopy and if neede , inflamed appendix or meckels diverticulitis may be removed..
