Stomach pain
I ate rice which was cooked last night. The rice was soft watery when I ate. I thought it was fine and ate. But After eating it , I am feeling stomach pain near my belly button. Please tell me what to do. Shall I consult doctor.

Yes..stale rice could be a cause of stomach infection causing pain. . you can take homeopathic medicine for it. Consult privately for medicines

U take laghu suthashekara rasa ayurvedic tab. 2 tab thrice a day for three days. That will work for u.

Don’t eat food which is cooked a day before , even after 3/4 hours it’s not eatable at all . Choose direct consultation for detailed information regarding this
