Stomach pain for sometime
Dear Sir,
My son is complaining medium to heavy stomach pain specially after eating. It remains hardly for 10 to 20 seconds and then get relief immediately. 80% of the occurance observation is after eating within 30 mins this happens.
This has been happening since 4 to 5 months.
We have shown to MBBS doctor here and did USB Abdomen & pelvis sonography too.
It shows few subsentometer (short axis) sized lymph nodes showing no necrosis or matting are seen: predominantly I'm peri umbilical region. otherwise rest are normal in report.
Doctor advise on some food habits and given some medicine but still it's continues.
Could you please advice?

It is more likely to be mesenteric lymphadenitis. Have a short course of Oflox Oz along with albendazole n diet modification. If no relief get a CT scan done n rule out other etiology.
