Stomach pain and vomiting

Hello sir My son have stomach pain suddenly and after that vomiting I couldn't come to clinic as I m outside Can I give below medicine immediately for stomach pain and vomiting respectively He is 2 years old . Weight is 10.6 kg Please help soon. Thanks in advance
