Stomach pain and tests result

Asked for Male, 58 Years

My uncle is suffering from pain in his stomach since sometime now. The doctor had run few tests. The reports of the tests i am attaching here, but am not properly informed of his condition i sense some foul play. I need a professional guidance. Please help with the diagnosis. His HIV 1 & HIV2 CAME NON REACTIVE.. ALSO HIS HCV WAS NORMAL
