Since three days my stomach is paining not continue and sounding also 3days ago I ate jack fruit in empty stomach since then started my problem when I eat any thing it started to pain and sound colour of my urine is normal my stool happen loose I did not feel hungry also suggest me something

This is food poisoning. Will settle in couple of days.  You need supportive treatment.  Take electrolytes rich fluid and lot of curd and butter milk with painkiller.
