Stomach pain and no poops
I have got a little stomach pain and poops are not excreated properly from a week.either very little or nothing at all..but liquid toilet is excreated normally.what is the solution. Why is this happening?

If stools are hard then u are having CONSTIPATION.
Other wise GASTROENTERITIS and other Possibilities etc needs to be ruled out.
