Can i continue breastfeeding as i am having stomach pain and loose motion
Will Breast milk effects baby stomach also or not ?

And what medicine should i take for stomach pain during breast feeding

Nothing will happen to your breast milk as long as you don't take antibiotics for your loose motions.
If some doctor advises antibiotics please tell him that you are breastfeeding your baby
