I am experiencing abdominal pain since two days a week before my periods along with watery discharge without any foul smell like normal. Twice felt nausea during alternate days once during dinner time and once before bedtime (before sleep). My periods date is 28-29 this month.
I have a cycle of 28 days.
Please suggest.
I am also trying for concieving.
I am on folic acid and vitamin d also my reports (necesaary tests before pregnancy) are normal.

Nothing to worry ,continue vitamin D and folic acid, take tablet dolo 650two times a day,tab vomikind 4 mg twice a day for three days and keep regular relationship avoid stress.

There is more history reqd.
1. Do u get such pains every cycle?
2. Is it always this severe that u need to take meds? If yes, it's not normal, u need further investigations.
3. If this pain is every month,this could be due to endometriosis, which is a vital factor in infertility too.

U should continue ur folic acid and vit d3 and continue trying for pregnancy . And if pain is very severe then only take meftal spas , other wise , avoid if u r trying for conception
