I can understand your concern.
For this you need to make a few lifestyle and dietary changes also.
Have smaller meals rather than 3 full meals have 5 meals.
Avoid sleeping immediately after food.
Avoid oily, spicy foods. Avoid smoking , alcohol, tea, coffee and carbonated beverages.
Tab. rantac-D twice a day half an hour before food.
Cap. Dipep thrice a day after food.
Have one cup of curd everyday.
