Stomach growling - kid with high fever

Asked for Male, 5 Years

My 5 yr old son is suffering from high fever ~103F since yesterday. We have been giving calpol, meftal-b & neomol 170mg to reduce the fever as per Dr guidance. He is now complaining that his stomach growling couple of times since morning. Could you please suggest the cause and remedy? Can i give Ajwain water or any quick home remedy? Thanks in advance?

Giving multiple medicines for fever may cause this. By giving medicines with food will reduce this. You can use only Colpol if fever is well controlled.
