I have been suffering from piles movement of bowel constipation/diarreah stomach gas uncomfortable stomach nausra fatique and others related to gastroenterology for more than two years.

1.need to seen what is the grade of pile 2.depending upon great of pile treatment is defined 3.need sigmoidoscopy to know exact grade 4.avoid constioation by taking lots of water.veg diet and water 5.avoid straining during constipation 6.avoid nonveg diet .dry fruits .cookies and cakes
