Stomach gas and farting
In early morning after stool when stomach is nearly empty farting is started and continues till afternoon after that all is normal for a day, this symptoms having more than 4 weeks what is the problem please help i do cbc esr stool test all is normal

If u are skipping breakfast it can be a reason for Gastritis.
Other causes need to be ruled out.
