Stomach Discomfort
From today morning I am having some kind of stomach issue such as feeling something stuck at the left throat, burping/burping feeling. Continuing with some kind of gabrahat like now something wrong will happen or I will have lost my control or I will get heart attack. Light pain/discomfort in left back head near head joints and some kind of discomfortness in neck also. No chest pain or breathing problem. Spot is 98%. Please guide me I am tensed
