I m suffering from stomach cramps and dysentery since two days. I am unable to eat anything as I get cramps as I eat.

Do u meam u r passing blood in the stool? If yes consult surgeon near you. If not its DIARRHEA and its because of improper hygiene. Take tab lomotil twice a day after food. Tab O2 twice a day after food. And ORS solution everyday n u will be allgood
