Pet ct scan report is attached.. doctor appointment is next week .so kindly guide at the moment what's the stage and what could be treatment .

I need your biopsy report and endoscopy report to give a better opinion on the treatment plans .
Based on the PET CT that your have shared , it seems to be a local disease involving regional lymph nodes only - which is good thing , that’s it’s not yet spread to distant sites (no distant metastasis)
But since it have shown some features of infiltration to adjacent organ (pancreas), stage will be Stage IV a , this is an advanced stage disease based on that report .
Probable - plan will be to start with neo adjuvant chemotherapy followed by plan for surgery .
Biopsy and endoscopy report not seen

Please get back to me with biopsy report and the initial endoscopy report . Also please understand that all treatment plans need to decide based on the present status of patient.
