Stomach bug

Asked for Female, 32 Years

My daughter had stomach bug hence vomiting and diarrhea for 2 days. Was given medication which stopped vomiting and diarrhea but now after 3 days of all that she has pain in the stomach and then she passes motion. Sometimes it's only the stomach pain. I have her colic drops and it's getting better. Why is there pain now. Does she have any infection still. What should I do

What is her age ? Any fever ? Are the motions hard loose or normal ? What medicines were given, and any tests done ? Residual Infection, incomplete TREATMENT may lead to such SYMPTOMS.
