Stomach bloating
Hello doctors, i am having acid reflux problem, am  getting stomach bloating when I am having milk tea or milk. Having curd or butter milk doesnt cause this bloating. How to cure this?

Avoid tea, coffee, soft drinks , alcohol and tobacco (if any) Avoid stressful activities and situations Start meditation, yoga and pranayama Curd and buttermilk is better digested than milk itself
