Stomach bloating, gas
Been having stomach gas and bloating for very long like years, sometimes after eating gas builds up and makes me rush to rest room. My body is heat type so I get stomach pain due to food as well as body heat. Spicy food makes me rush to toilet. Morning stool emptying completely is also a issue usually takes me 2 to 3 times to rush after a gap. Last week 2 days had black tary stool but later I realized I didn't drink much water. Started drinking butter milk and probiotics now stool color is normal . Plz help on what needs to be done

Hello....... Gastritis is the most commonly seen problem these days .. Medicines can only give temporary relief.. Strict diet and lifestyle change can bring gastritis under control. Take curdrice ,drink plenty of water , have frequent small meals instead of large regular meals.Sleep 2-3 hours after having dinner . Avoid spicy, hot ,high protein containing foods like fish .Take dal rice , butter milk .Antacids and ppi for temporary relief ....
