Stomach Bloating
After I eat my lunch or dinner, my lower belly/stomach bloats out although I have a thin and lean body type. When I first get up in the morning this never occurs, my lower belly bloats out only after I eat. Is there any natural remedy to reduce or stop bloating completely?

In addition to being lean and thin you should also take some Abdominal exercises. Then only your muscles of Abdominal wall will be so well developed that they can hold your belly inside.

Needs to be checked in details. Although symptoms are of acute gastritis, metabolic issues need to be evaluated.
