Stomach Ache, Gas, Diarrhea
I've been having an extreme amount of flatulence and belching over the last few days. I've also been having diarrhea and a stomach ache. What is going on?

Hi,
It may be due to various reasons. A detailed Medical history may be helpful in finding the cause of it and to manage it accordingly.
General advice would be to take plenty of fluids/ORS, take soft diet.
Consult a physician for further management.
