Avoid excess caffeine as it directly hurts the stomach.  Take small frequent meals,  avoid fatty, spicy, food. Take meftal spas one every 8hours for 3 to 4 days. Tab vizylac  one morning and one evening for 7 days. Syp digeplex 5ml morning and evening for 7 days.

Your symptoms are a direct consequence of prolonged high-caffeine energy drink consumption. Caffeine in large daily amounts causes gastric mucosal irritation (leading to sharp stomach pain), speeds up gut motility (causing diarrhea), and acts as a central nervous system stimulant (causing anxiety). Meftal Spas addresses muscle spasm and pain but does not treat the underlying stomach inflammation, which is why you are not improving. The most important step is to completely stop all energy drinks, caffeine, and carbonated beverages immediately. Take a proton pump inhibitor (pantoprazole or omeprazole 40 mg once before breakfast) for 4 weeks to allow the stomach lining to heal, and use an antacid gel (Digene/Gelusil) after meals for relief. Eat soft, bland food and stay well hydrated with plain water.
Next Steps
If symptoms do not improve within 7–10 days of stopping energy drinks and starting a PPI, consult a gastroenterologist. A stool test can rule out any concurrent infection. Please consult me directly on Practo for a detailed evaluation.

Hello. Please stop drinking the energy drinks immediately. Consuming high-caffeine beverages like Sting and Red Bull regularly for two months has likely severely irritated your stomach lining, leading to a condition resembling acute gastritis. Caffeine is a heavy gut stimulant that drastically increases acid production and speeds up bowel movements, which explains the sharp pain and diarrhea. Furthermore, large amounts of caffeine trigger a heavy adrenaline surge in the body, which is almost certainly the root cause of your sudden anxiety. Meftal Spas is an antispasmodic and an NSAID (painkiller). It is not working because it does not stop stomach acid production, and worse, the mefenamic acid component in it can actually further irritate an already inflamed stomach lining. Continuing it might make your stomach pain worse. Your symptoms could also point toward other possibilities, such as a localized stomach ulcer from the chronic irritation, a secondary food-borne intestinal infection, or a caffeine-induced flare-up of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). You need an acid-suppressing medication rather than a simple painkiller, but please consult a physician in person to get a proper prescription.
Next Steps
1.Visit a general physician or gastroenterologist for a physical checkup. 2.Ask the doctor if you need an antacid or a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) to heal the stomach lining. 3.Keep a close eye on your stools to ensure there is no hidden blood or dark discoloration. 4.If the diarrhea persists for more than a couple of days, get a routine stool test done to check for any underlying infection.
Health Tips
1.Make sure to double-check the physical labels of any medication you take to confirm dosages and check for warnings regarding stomach irritation. 2.Stick to a strictly bland, soft diet for the next few days—think curd rice, bananas, porridge, and plain coconut water to soothe the gut. 3.Drink plenty of water with ORS (Oral Rehydration Salts) throughout the day to replace the fluids lost from diarrhea and prevent dehydration. 4.If you notice black tarry stools, vomit that looks like coffee grounds, or if the stomach pain becomes suddenly unbearable, go to an emergency room immediately.

Caffeine containing drinks overstimulate the stomach acid.thatswhy you feel pain .try antacid like ranitidine or mg hydroxide.or otherwise you can also try ppi like pantoprazole 40 mg before food for 5 days.if pain still remains then you need to consult for evaluation.
