Stiffness, less sensitiveness in foot
Both the feet are very stiff with less sensitiveness. Lower legs below the knee remains stiff. Suffering from last 1 year.

Get your uric acid level tested. It can be due to increased uric acid level which leads to pain +stiffness+ swelling in the ankle and foot.
Next Steps
Go to a physiotherapist.. Ultrasonic therapy +IFT +wax therapy +some strengthening exercises will be helpful for sure.
Health Tips
At home.. Rest +hot water fomentation +pain killer gel +no long standing/walking /travelling /driving /stair climbing +no cold exposure +no leg hanging +keep the feet elevated+frequent ankle-toe movements+decrease protein diet.
