Repetitive clicking and stiffness occurs usually because of wrong shoulder blade position and wrong posture. Do u have thoracic kyphosis and protected shoulder? If yes these need to be corrected for prolong relief. Use tennis ball at your arm and shoulder region to release the tightness. Please visit a experienced manual musculoskeletal therapist who can help you in postural correction to avoid reoccurring injury
Next Steps
Proper assessment and treatment is required
Health Tips
Avoid too much of clicking positions, even though it gives you temporary relief.

Hey there... It seems your shoulder suffers from a repetitive stress injury which has caused to go it into a frozen shoulder. Due to weakness of your rotator cuff muscles, the bone these muscles are attached to shifts downwards because of gravity and moves out of its normal alignment. This in turn again increases muscle effort giving rise to repetitive injuries and thus its not healing properly.
Next Steps
See a physio 1) Take modalities for pain and stiffness, stretches /range of motion exercises only (first focus on reducing that) 2) take shoulder mobilisation so that the bone moves back in alignment 3) do rotator cuff strengthening and taping to keep the bone in its place It might take 15-20 sessions to go completly. The aim of the therapy is to make sure the problem doesn't come back All this I have summarised in short but it's meant to be done in phases. It depends on your condition and physio

Avoid : -gym, swim, lifting heavy objects -Follow physio advices You can get more info on www.aarogyamhealthcare.com
