Stiffness in neck and shoulder
I have got stiffness and pain in my right side from neck till shoulder since last 10 days..condition worsens while sleeping at night and early morning..please advise

Hello dear
Am i reading it correct.
Are we looking at a 5 years old girl with neck and shoulder pain.
That being the case i wouldn't advice you to consider it a normal stress related or spasmodic pain as kids do not have such problems usually.
Please get her cervical spine xray - ap and lateral views and see a paediatric spine surgeon.
