Still after 40 days of lower wisdom tooth extraction, I have stiffness and little swelling in neck.. How much time needed to subside this?

Take medication as prescribed. Avoid hot and spicy foods. Avoid smoking or touching the extraction socket area.if still pain persists, get xray of the area .you can consult through this for prescription of medication and instructions on investigations.
