Stiff neck & rigid spine
I am suffering from stiff spine since evening of 16th feb. On evening of 16th feb, my husband was riding bike and I was sitting behind, when the person driving car in front of us applied sudden break. Due to this, my husband also applied break all of sudden. This caused sudden shock and I felt acute pain in my back for few seconds. After that I was all normal, and didnt feel any pain until next morning. When I woke up on the morning of 17th feb, I found I am facing difficulty in bending down, bending side ways. I am feeling pain when I try to do it. I am a software profession, spend more than 6 hours sitting in front of computer. I massaged my back with iodex thinking to get some relief. But the pain has only increased. What should I do to get relief?

If not any tingling type pain present in leg, you can use ice for back for a week. If tingling type pain is present you should consult a Physiotherapist immediately.
