Stiff neck
My sister got stiff neck and painful. She cant move more than 60-70 degree left or right. Back of her neck is bit swollened. This symptoms quite few years. She is 15 year old. We did tried physiotherpy treatment, but no had any cure. She didnt have any incident that may cause any fractures.

If neck is stiff it doesn't mean there is any fracture. And if you take physiotherapy and take painkillers its not a solution because her age is 15 only and she has stiffness in neck that means there is a problem in their lifestyle. So better you can consult a good physiotherapist. And after bio mechanical correction if no relief then go for MRI
