Stiff Neck
I got a stiff neck while working out in morning. Please explain if physiotherapy can help in this matter or i have to consult any other doctor

You need to do some stretches to relax the spasm now. Add on icing if it's acute and not settling.. Always do warm ups before work outs to avoid such sprains 's. Consulting a physiotherapist should be fine. Don't worry
