  4. Stiff neck and fever 100 degree. Relief.

Stiff neck and fever 100 degree
I am having severe pain in neck and not able to move. Today would be the 3rd day. Also having fever. I am wearing several clothes still experiencing cold. I went to a doctor and they gave me antibiotic , prescription attached. Pls help as I am not having any relief.
