Stevia is extracted from leaves , more sweeter than sugar(200 times) with Zero calories. Hence can be consider it as safe with minimal or no side effects. I suggest start with least possible amounts .

Hello No need for Stevia In 2 months you will feel very much taste in without sugar food No sugar craving will be there Don't go dependent on Stevia or Artificial things, as trust issues are always present with market products
