Steroid and period/weight?

Asked for Female, 24 Years

Used triamcinlone acetonide for pityrasis rosea for four weeks. Stopped cream and gained 15lbs from it. Period came two weeks early and then started very lightly again a week later. I average around 35 day cycles with no side effects. What gives? I know it’s not an sti or pregnancy from lack of sex. Will the problem go away once steroids are flushed out of system?
