Not related to blood sugar or creat levels. However usage of which ever medicine is dependent on clinical scenario and individual patient basis alongwith doctor's understanding of the case.

No these are not side effects of fenofibrate. Fenofibrate is better. Take under medical prescription

Statin is better . Adding fenofibrate with statin can cause myopathy . Better consult and get the newest longer acting statin whichever is suitable to yoy
