Hi, It generally happens because of certain inhibitions we tend to develop in our early years or it can be because of certain bad incident in the past, still hooked in mind as a memory or a fear of judgement is there. We have to diagnose that through case study. This  can easily treated with COGNITIVE BEHAVIOUR THERAPY along with some other  psychotherapies. To proceed, You can take appointment from a Psychologist.

Social anxiety disorder, also called social phobia, is an anxiety disorder in which a person has an excessive and unreasonable fear of social situations. Anxiety (intense nervousness) and self-consciousness arise from a fear of being closely watched, judged, and criticized by others. Symptoms include: Tremors, feeling anxious or nervous, sense of panic, sweating, increased heartbeat, feeling of impending doom, stomach discomfort, dizziness etc These can be debilitating. If the anxiety us overwhelming, consult a psychiatrist at the earliest. With the right medication and counseling, it is likely your symptoms will improve.
